You can delete your Explain Everything account if you won't use it any longer.
What happens when you delete your acccount
- All your account data and personal information will be deleted.
- All your projects will be removed and will no longer be viewable in Explain Everything apps or on Explain Drive.
Tip: After deleting your account, for up to 30 days it is still possible to restore it if you didn’t intend to do it or if it happened accidentally.
Note: If you delete your account before the end date of your subscription, you will not be refunded for the remaining days, and you will be charged until the end date of your subscription.
Delete your Explain Everything account
- Head to Main Menu in the upper right-hand corner of your device’s screen.
- Select your username.
- Scroll down to the Account Settings section.
- Select Delete account.
- Select Delete account again to confirm deleting your account.
- Head to Main Menu in the upper right-hand corner of your device’s screen.
- Select your username.
- Scroll down to the Account Settings section.
- Select Privacy settings.
- Scroll down to the Delete Account section.
- Select the Delete my account button.
- Select the Delete my account button again to confirm deleting your account.
- Sign in to your Explain Drive.
- In the upper right-hand corner of the screen, select your username.
- From the drop-down menu, choose My account.
- Scroll down to the Delete Account section.
- Select the Delete my Account button.
- Select the Delete My Account button again to confirm deleting your account.
