You can request that we bind your organization's email domain to your Group Account. This way, whenever someone registers in Explain Everything using an email address from your domain, they will join your Group.
To request email whitelisting, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
After your domain is registered, all your Group Members have to do is register using their organizational email in the app or on the website. This will also work if your organization uses Sign in with Google, Sign in with Apple, or Clever.
Note If your organization prefers using Sign in with Apple, please make sure your Group has the Hide My Email feature turned OFF. Otherwise, Explain Everything will not be able to recognize their domain and will not add them to your Group. Learn more about Hide My Email at support.apple.com.
