If your project contains a recording, you can easily export and share it with others. If you use a mobile device, then there are two possibilities: you can either share your video using the cloud, or by rendering it on your device and sharing it as a video.

If you are using the Web version of Explain Everything, you have just the option to share the video as a weblink - it will be rendered for you in the cloud.

Share your Video as a Web Video Link
- Select the Share button in the top right-hand corner.
- Select Create Web Video Link.
- Change the name of the video if you'd like.
- To let other users download the project snapshot of the video and the MP4 video file, toggle Allow project download.
- Select Share to share the link with Air Drop or other apps on your device.
- Select Done when you're ready.
Note: If you select Cancel the video will be removed and the link will no longer work.
- Select the Share button in the top right-hand corner.
- Select Web Video Link.
- Change the name of the video if you'd like.
- To let other users download the project snapshot of the video and the MP4 video file, toggle Allow project download.
- Select Share to share the link using other apps on your device.
- Select Done when you're ready.
Note: If you select Cancel the video will be removed and the link will no longer work.
- Select the Share button in the top right-hand corner.
- Select Create Web Video Link.
- Change the name of the video if you'd like.
- To let other users download the project snapshot of the video and the MP4 video file, toggle Allow project download.
- Select Copy link to copy the Web Video Link to your clipboard.
- Select Done when you're ready.
Note: If you select Remove the video will be deleted and the link will no longer work.
Share a part of your recording as a Web Video Link
- Select the Timer to open the Timeline.
- Scroll the Timeline so that the red Playhead marks the start or the end of the selection.
- From the Timeline options choose the Selection icon.
- Scroll the Timeline so the selection covers the part you'd like to share.
- Select Create Web Video Link from the timeline options.
- You can change the video title and toggle the project snapshot and the MP4 video file download for others if you'd like.
- Select Done when you're ready.
