Are you one of the millions of teachers out there using Google Classroom for most or all of your remote school activities? There are three main ways to use Explain Everything and Google Classroom together.

Note: Before you start, make sure the Google Classroom app is installed on your device.
Share a Web Video Link
Sharing explainer videos you created in Explain Everything via Google Classroom is quick and easy.
- While in a project, select Share in the top right-hand corner.
- From the list, choose Create Web Video Link — the link to your video will be created in mere seconds and be ready to send off to your students.
- Select the Share button.
- Swipe the list of available apps and select Classroom. If you don't see the Classroom app on your list, select More at the end of it, then Edit, and add Classroom to your favourites.
After you successfully share the video, your students will see it on their Google Classroom accounts. When they select the video, they will be taken to Explain Everything, where they can watch it.

Share a project
If you want to share an editable project with your students for them to fill out, follow the steps below.
- While in a project, select the title of the project from the top navigation bar.
- From the list, choose Copy to Explain Drive.
- Choose where you’d like your project to be copied to, and select Create copy.
- Once the project is copied to a chosen destination, select Go to the copy.
- Select [icon] Project Details below the thumbnail of the project.
- Select the Google Classroom button — you will be taken to your Google Classroom account.
After you successfully share the project, your students will see it on their Google Classroom accounts. When they select it, they will be taken to Explain Everything, where they need to select Edit and Download. The project will automatically open in Explain Everything. Students can share their project back to their teacher.

Collaborate
Explain Everything allows students to work in small groups both synchronously and asynchronously. Follow the steps below to open up a collaborative project.
- While in a project, select Invite in the top right-hand corner.
- Select the Share button.
- Swipe the list of available apps and select Classroom. If you don't see the Classroom app on your list, select More at the end of it, then Edit, and add Classroom to your favourites
- You will be taken to your Google Classroom account — choose class and one of four available actions. Then, follow the next steps in Google Classroom to share the project with your class.
- Select Start to start the collaboration.
After you successfully start the collaboration, your students will see the link to it in their Google Classroom accounts. When they select it, they will be taken to Explain Everything, where they can enter the collaboration and begin adding their input.
Tip: If you select the project’s CODE in the top right-hand corner while in the project and choose Customize, you can grant or revoke editing permissions as you need.
