If you purchased a subscription or are the owner of a Group you can access all billing details in the Subscriptions page available under your profile on Explain Drive. There you can see, update, and change payment information like your credit card number and billing address.
Note If you purchased your Explain Everything subscription through the App Store you can manage it directly on your device.
Access subscription details
- On Explain Drive, select your profile picture in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- From the menu, choose Subscriptions.
- Select the Details tab to view the status of your subscription.
View billing history and download invoices
- On Explain Drive, select your profile picture in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- From the menu, choose Subscriptions.
- Select the Billing tab to view your billing history.
- Select Invoice next to a desired billing period to download an invoice for that billing period.
Update payment details
- On Explain Drive, select your profile picture in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- From the menu, choose Subscriptions.
- Select Payment details tab to view your current credit card details.
- Select change to update the payment details.
- After updating select Change to save your changes.
