Activate your license with a CODE

If you received an Explain Everything CODE to upgrade your plan, get an extended trial, or activate your account follow the steps below.

Note The CODE can be also a license key that you get from external providers.

I already have an Explain Everything account

  1. Choose the Home tab from the bottom bar.
  2. Select Join with CODE.
  3. Enter your CODE in the Enter CODE field
  4. Press Join/Return.
  5. Confirm by selecting Convert Account.

  3. Enter your CODE in the Enter CODE field
  4. Press ➔/Enter.
  5. Confirm by selecting Convert Account.
  1. Sign in at Explain Drive.
  2. Enter the CODE in the Search or enter CODE bar at the top and press Enter/Return.
  3. Confirm by selecting Convert Account.

I don't have an Explain Everything account

  1. Open the Explain Everything Whiteboard app.
  2. Select Join Project.
  3. Enter your CODE in the Enter CODE field
  4. Press Join/Return.
  5. Select Create Account.
  6. Choose one of the options to start the account creation process.

  3. Enter your CODE in the Enter CODE field.
  4. Press ➔/Enter.
  5. Select Create Account.
  6. Choose one of the options and follow the account creation process.
  1. Go to Explain Drive.
  2. Enter the CODE in the Search or enter CODE bar at the top and press Enter/Return.
  3. Choose one of the options to start the account creation process.
