Your Explain Everything account does not necessarily have an email address and password.
If you’re using the native Explain Everything Whiteboard app downloaded from the App Store or Google Play on your iOS or Android device, and you're on the Free Trial, or you have switched from the Free Trial to a paid subscription — your account has no email and password set.
To fully benefit from using Explain Everything on any device, you need to set an email address and password to your account.
If you don’t set an email address and password to your account while on the Free Trial, you won’t be able to sign in to your account once you’re signed out, and you’ll lose access to all the projects you created. To regain access to your account, you will need to purchase a subscription.

Set email address and password
- Head to the Main Menu in the upper right-hand corner of your device's screen.
- Select your username.
- In the Profile Settings, select Email and password.
- Type in your Email.
- Type in your New password.
- Select Save.
- Head to the Main Menu in the upper right-hand corner of your device's screen.
- Select your username.
- In the Profile Settings, select Email and Password.
- Type in your Email.
- Type in your Password.
- Select Save.
This doesn’t apply to the web version of Explain Everything.
