If you want to insert your text Post-it style, you can add Sticky Notes to your project. Sticky Notes enable you to create colorful notes and labels anywhere on your canvas in a quick and convenient way.
Sticky Notes basics

- Move, scale and rotate Sticky Notes with the Hand Tool.
- Change the size of your Sticky Note by activating your Sticky Note with the Hand Tool and using the handles.
- Format content in your Sticky Note the same way you would with other Text Boxes.
- Add Sticky Notes handily once you already have some added to your canvas every time you add a new one. Select an extra New Sticky Note from the list of formatting options and add as many Sticky Notes as you like in one go.
- Change the color of your Sticky Notes quickly by selecting the Sticky Note color from the list of formatting options and choosing one of eight ready, handy presets.
Note: If you use an older version of Explain Everything and get access to a project that was made in the new version of the application, Sticky Notes will display like normal text objects on your device (on iOS, Android, and the web).
