If you'd like to reuse parts of the content you created multiple times for different purposes according to your needs, you can save your project as a template. This way, you can lower the time required to create and share your ideas.
When on the iOS or Android version of Explain Everything, only local projects can be saved as templates. If you'd like to save a cloud project as a template, you need to download it first onto your device.
The template you create will only be available on your device.
Save your project as a template
- While in a local project, select the name of the project from the top navigation to reveal Project Settings.
- Select Save as Template.
Your project will be saved and added to My Templates. You can find it under Template when starting a new project, or when adding a new slide to your project.

However, if you’d like to use your project as a template, you can duplicate it, and use the copy of it as a template.
