Note: In some cases, if you run into this error, you may get a modal window with a message saying that your token is invalid due to a period of inactivity on the Explain Drive. Select Sign in to sign in to your account again.

Update Explain Everything to the latest app version
Make sure you’ve got the latest version of Explain Everything installed on your iOS device. To do this, go to the App Store and follow the same steps as you would when downloading the app.
