Available to: Group Account Admins
As an Admin of a Group Account, you can manage colors and fonts for the Members of your Group. You can change the default color palette and colors for all tools with the Color Picker, and set font defaults for text fields by picking the desired font style and size.
Note: The changes that you make as an Admin of a Group Account will only be visible for the iOS and Android users.

Customize colors for the Members of your Group
To change the default app settings, follow the steps:
- Sign into Explain Drive.
- Select your profile picture in the upper right-hand corner of your device's screen.
- Select Account.
- Scroll down to the App Configuration section.
- Select Configure.
- Select Colors to customize your Color settings.
- Once you’re happy with your settings, select Deploy Settings to deploy the settings immediately to all users; select Save if you wish to deploy them later. You can also Discard all changes made recently and bring back the most recently deployed settings. If you wish to discard all changes and bring back the settings to their defaults, select Reset.
Each section also has its own Save and Discard buttons to let you manage changes just in that section.
Available color settings
Select a color slot and change it using the color wheel or by entering the HEX/RGB value.
- Standard color palette — change colors that appear in the standard color palette.
- Additional for Simple UI — change colors that appear in the standard color palette while in Simple UI mode.
- Color pickers — change default colors of color pickers. The first one sets the Fill color and the second one sets the Stroke color.
Customize fonts for the Members of your Group
To change the default app settings, follow the steps:
- Sign into Explain Drive.
- Select your profile picture in the upper right-hand corner of your device's screen.
- Select Account.
- Scroll down to the App Configuration section.
- Select Configure.
- Select Text to customize your text settings.
- Once you’re happy with your settings, select Deploy Settings to deploy the settings immediately to all users; select Save if you wish to deploy them later. You can also Discard all changes made recently and bring back the most recently deployed settings. If you wish to discard all changes and bring back the settings to their defaults, select Reset.
Each section also has its own Save and Discard buttons to let you manage changes just in that section.
