This message will usually appear when Explain Everything can detect that your microphone is in use however it's either muted in the system or on the device (some mics have a special mute toggle).
Here's what you can do:
- If you're using an external microphone, make sure you haven't muted it via button on the device.
- Check the input volume in your operating system settings and make sure the mic is working properly: MacOS, Windows 10
- If you’re still having problems, contact your microphone’s manufacturer.
