Available to: Project Owners
You can customize tools and interface elements of the participants of a project during collaboration so they can use only the tools and interface elements you select.
They will still be able to choose their own workspace layout from the presets, but they won’t be able to customize their Project Editor on their own.
What to expect
- You can control the availability of tools and interface elements during collaboration for people with Edit access permission and the disabled No editing rule.
- You can choose one of the three ready-made presets or customize the settings on your own.
- The changes do not apply to the Hand Tool and the Undo function. These two are always available for your project’s participants unless you enable the No editing rule or take away Edit access permission which disables all the tools.
- Participants’ tools and interface elements apply only to Participants. The Owner and the Host of the project have always full access to all tools. Learn more about roles in collaboration.
