Change your username

If you'd like to change username to your Explain Everything account, you can do it any time.

1. Sign in to your account on Explain Drive.
2. Select My account.
3. Select Edit Profile.
4. Edit the box with the display name to set your new username.
5. Save the changes by selecting Save.

Note: If you are signed in with Google, Apple or Microsoft and are using those credentials to authenticate, you can still change your username, provided you have set up a password to your account.

Note: If you belong to a Group Account of which you are not the Admin, you will not be able to change your username by yourself. Contact your Admin to change your username.
