You can move projects to other existing folders or create a new folder to move them to.
You can decide whether you want to move a project to another local folder or to Explain Drive, which will automatically create a cloud copy of it. This will allow you to access your project while on another device or on the web version.
Move your projects to another local folder
- Head to the Library tab.
- Choose Select.
- Select the projects you want to move.
- Select Move .
- Choose an existing folder by tapping On this device OR select + Create new folder, then enter folder name and select Create.
- Select Done.
Copy your project to Explain Drive
- Head to the Library tab.
- Choose Select.
- Select a project you want to move.
- Select Move .
- Choose My Drive.
- Select Done.
- Tap Done again on the final window.
Note: You can only move one project to the Explain Drive at a time.
- Head to the Library tab.
- Choose Select.
- Select the projects you want to move.
- Select Move .
- Choose an existing folder OR select Create a new folder, enter folder name and select Create.
- Select Done.

- Sign into Explain Drive.
- On the project you'd like to move, select the ⋮ More icon.
- Select Move.
- Navigate to the folder you'd like to move your project to. Select New folder to create a new one.
- Confirm with the Move to selected folder button.
